Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has attributed widespread disillusionment among Nigerians regarding their citizenship to corruption and insecurity in the country. He identified the source of the false reports as the Seyi Tinubu Youth Battalion Facebook page and urged his followers to remain vigilant and focused. The activist condemned those spreading the falsehood as agents of distraction bent on sabotaging the legitimate quest for Yoruba self-determination.
He reaffirmed that no amount of misinformation or intimidation would deter the movement from pursuing its collective goal. Instead, he called on Yoruba people and other supporters to maintain their dedication to the struggle while rejecting fear and deception.
